1. Introduction

Welcome to Aion WebTech. By accessing, browsing, or using our website, digital platforms, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.   • Client / You / Your: Refers to the user, visitor, or entity accessing our website or availing our services.
  • Services: Encompass all digital and technological solutions provided by Aion WebTech, including but not limited to website design, mobile app development, UI/UX design, backend systems, digital marketing, branding, and white-label development.

3. Use of Services

By engaging with our website or services, you agree to use them only for lawful, ethical, and authorized purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
  • Use our platform to distribute malicious software, spam, or harmful content.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Engage in activities that could harm, disrupt, or overload our network or operations.

Any misuse of our services may result in suspension, termination, and/or legal action.

4. Project Terms & Deliverables

All project terms—including timelines, deliverables, costs, and payment milestones—will be clearly outlined in the signed agreement or official proposal between Aion WebTech and the client.

  • Any modification to the project scope must be documented and approved by both parties in writing.
  • Project delivery timelines depend on client responsiveness, approvals, and content submissions.
  • Delays in client feedback or payment may result in project timeline extensions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, code, graphics, documents, and related materials developed by Aion WebTech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.Once payment is completed, ownership of agreed-upon deliverables will be transferred to the client as per the project agreement.

Clients are prohibited from:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or replicating our proprietary materials.
  • Claiming authorship or ownership of unfinished or unpaid work.

Aion WebTech retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We take confidentiality seriously. Any information, data, or strategy shared with Aion WebTech will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with any third party without prior written consent.

We adhere to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) when required, ensuring your project and business information remain secure and protected.

7. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made according to the milestones and terms mentioned in the project agreement or invoice.
  • Once a project phase or deliverable has been completed and approved, the corresponding payment becomes non-refundable.
  • Additional revisions, requests, or features beyond the initial scope will be charged separately.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Note: Refunds are not applicable once design, development, or marketing work has been initiated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aion WebTech shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.
  • Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from third-party integrations, hosting downtime, or client-side issues.
  • We strive to deliver high-quality results, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond those explicitly stated in the signed agreement.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve the integration of third-party APIs, plugins, or platforms (e.g., hosting, payment gateways, analytics tools).

Clients acknowledge that Aion WebTech is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures, updates, or disruptions caused by third-party providers.
  • Changes in third-party pricing, policies, or service availability.
  • We will, however, make reasonable efforts to maintain the smooth functioning of such integrations.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the project or service agreement by providing written notice.

Upon termination:

  • The client is obligated to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
  • Any advance payment may be adjusted against completed deliverables.
  • Aion WebTech reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for non-payment, unethical conduct, or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.
